01 · Your website

A website built around your practice

I learn what makes your practice yours, confirm the facts with you, and bring it together in a website you can be proud of.

The goal is a website that looks and reads like your actual practice, not a generic healthcare template with the logo changed.

  • Discovery & content architectureYour facts, researched and confirmed

Your doctors, services, insurance and patient information are researched, confirmed and organized around your practice.Patients and AI get specific, accurate answers about your practice instead of generic eye-care copy.

  • Patient-review analysisLearn what patients value about your practice

I study recurring themes in your patient reviews, then confirm those strengths with you before they shape your website’s content and positioning.Your website leads with the strengths your patients already talk about, which is what persuades the next patient.

  • Visual design systemA look that fits your practice

Colors, typography and photography work together to give your website a consistent look that fits your practice.A polished, consistent look builds trust before a patient ever calls.

  • Semantic HTML & accessibilityA website more patients can use

Clear page structure helps people, assistive technology and search systems understand and navigate your website.More patients can use your website, including people who use assistive technology.

  • Responsive design & performanceFast on phones and computers

A fast website designed to work on phones, tablets and computers.Patients often look you up on their phones, and a slow page can lose them before they book.

  • Quality assuranceQuality checked from every angle

Before launch, I check six areas: technical reliability, Google and local search, AI understanding, patient experience, visual and emotional quality, and measurement.I test so issues are caught before launch, not by your patients.

02 · Getting found

Help patients find and understand you

I help Google and AI chatbots connect your practice with relevant patient searches by making your doctors, services, location and insurance information clear and consistent. I then check what patients are actually being told and correct what doesn’t match, in the information I can control.

Park Slope Eye’s homepage with its facts picked out: the practice name, the services, fees and hours in the menu, the address and key facts, who the doctors are, and the email address.
As AI reads it: the facts it can pick out. An illustration, not a live audit.
  • Technical SEO & indexingPages Google and AI can reach

I help search systems access your pages and understand which content should appear in search.A page Google and AI can’t reach can’t help you get found. This is the groundwork that lets them reach it.

  • Structured data & entity consistencyFacts Google and AI can read

Your doctors, services and location are described in a format search engines and AI tools can read, all tied to one practice.Your doctors, services and location all point to one practice, not scattered pieces AI has to guess about.

  • Internal linking & answer contentClear answers to patients’ questions

Connected pages and clear factual answers help patients and AI systems find the information they need.Clear answers are what AI can repeat to a patient. Vague pages give it little to work with.

  • AI understanding & consistencyWhen AI gets your facts wrong

I build clear, verified practice information into your website from the start, then check how search engines and AI chatbots describe it. When something doesn’t match, I investigate and strengthen the information I can control.Being found isn’t enough if AI gets your insurance or hours wrong.

03 · Taking the next step

Make the next step easy

I help patients get from a question to an appointment, or find what they need without calling the office.

  • Patient workflow integrationBooking, forms and reorders, connected

I connect scheduling, forms, portals, payments and contact-lens reorders to the systems you already use, where supported.Patients can act the moment they decide, and your front desk can spend less time on the phone.

  • Conversion-focused structureNext steps where patients look for them

I put useful next steps where patients need them, from booking an appointment to finding directions.A patient who’s ready to book shouldn’t have to hunt for how.

  • Patient-path testingTest the paths patients actually use

Before launch, I check booking, directions, contact information and supported practice tools on phones and computers.A broken booking link quietly costs you patients, so I test before anyone else has to.

Park Slope Eye’s homepage with its links and buttons picked out: the question “Do they take VSP? Book me an exam.” leads to the Fees and coverage link, then the Book Now button.
For AI assistants: two clearly named steps to booking. An illustration, not a live audit.

04 · Ongoing care

Keep your website current

Tell me what changed. I handle the website work so you can get back to running your practice.

  • Hosting & controlled deploymentHosting and safe, reversible updates

Website changes are tracked, checked and released through a managed process.Updates go out safely, and any change can be rolled back if needed.

  • Monitoring & structured-data upkeepFacts that keep up with your practice

I check website health and keep the information behind your pages aligned as practice facts change. When your hours or doctors change, the facts Google and AI read change with them.

  • Reproducible AI checksRegular checks of what AI says about you

At planned checkpoints, I ask AI tools the questions your patients ask and compare the answers with verified practice facts.Your monthly Practice Pulse explains the work and next steps; it does not promise a new AI benchmark every month.

  • Patient educationA new patient article every month

A useful new article written for your practice every month, checked against your confirmed services. Each article answers real patient questions about the care you actually provide, building a more useful resource for patients and for search and AI systems.

  • Practice PulseA simple monthly update

Your Practice Pulse report: what I found, what matters, and what I’m doing about it.You always know where your practice stands, without logging in to anything or learning a dashboard.

05 · Included in your GSA service

Business listing care

Accurate listings help patients find your practice and give Google and AI chatbots clearer, more consistent facts about your location, hours and services. GSA prioritizes Google Business Profile as the most important listing to keep current because patients find you through Google Search and Maps.

Google Business Profile review and cleanup are included with your website build. I align your profile with your confirmed practice information and new website. Ongoing public-profile checks and edits are included in the $149/month managed service.

I also check up to five other relevant public profiles and correct what I can update with your authorization. If a platform requires you to submit a change yourself, I prepare the correction and guide you through that step.

Scope and practice ownershipYour practice keeps ownership and confirms practice facts. Included care covers one Google Business Profile and up to five other relevant public profiles, with authorized access where required. Additional locations, ownership disputes, suspension appeals, duplicate-profile resolution, credential recovery, review replies and posting are scoped separately and approved before work begins.

07 · Common questions

Questions about working with GSA.

Can you move my existing website?

Yes. I handle migration planning, preserve useful existing content where transferable, set up redirects for changed page addresses, and check the new website before launch.

Is GSA an SEO service?

Not as a separate service. The SEO groundwork, like technical setup, structured data and clear, consistent facts, is built into every GSA website and kept up after launch. Strong SEO is still the foundation, but it’s no longer enough on its own, so I also check what AI tells patients about your practice. GSA isn’t an SEO retainer or a marketing agency, and I don’t guarantee rankings.

Do you guarantee ChatGPT, Gemini or Google will recommend my practice?

No, and nobody can. Search and AI systems make their own decisions, so no website provider controls how they rank, cite or recommend a practice. What I can do is help make sure the information your practice controls is accurate, clear, easy for search engines and AI to read, and kept current. Then I check what those systems actually say, rather than promise an outcome I can’t control.

What happens to my website if I leave after the first year?

After the initial 12-month term, your practice-specific website is yours to take with you. If you leave GSA, I provide a ZIP containing the deployable practice-specific static website (generated HTML, CSS and JavaScript), transferable public images, PDFs, icons and downloadable assets, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, practice-specific redirect rules, and a short README with deployment and external-system notes. Credentials, secrets, private/internal records, and reusable GSA framework or tooling are not included.

How much work does this create for the practice owner?

My current planning estimate is roughly 2–4 total hours of owner or decision-maker time across a standard single-practice build, mostly confirming practice facts and decisions only you can make. GSA handles the research, writing, project management, implementation and ongoing website administration. More complex or multi-location projects may require more.

Can GSA work with the systems we already use?

Yes, where the systems support a workable patient-facing connection. Scheduling, forms, portals and other practice systems can be linked or integrated rather than unnecessarily rebuilt. GSA does not need to own every underlying system to improve the patient journey.

Does GSA also handle advertising, social media or CRM development?

Paid advertising, social-media management, CRM development and other broad marketing services are not the core product. Where outside systems matter to the patient journey, GSA connects to them rather than unnecessarily recreating them.

Two ways to start

Let GSA handle how patients find you. You keep running the practice.
