How it works

Your part takes a few hours. I handle the rest.

I keep it efficient, simple and easy. Six steps to launch, then care every month. You confirm the facts and make the decisions only you can make.

Your time
About 2–4 hoursTotal, for a standard single-practice build, mainly confirming practice facts and decisions. More complex or multi-location projects may require more.
How fast
One weekPark Slope Eye launched one week after its first planning session. Most of the calendar time on a new build is the practice confirming facts, not the build itself, so the pace is largely yours to set.
After launch
Just email me the change and consider it done.New hours, a new doctor, a new insurance plan: send me a quick email and I update your website. No editor to learn, no web team to brief.

The six steps

Most of the work is mine.

  1. 01

    Research & discovery

I learn the practice before I touch a page.

The output is a fact file on your practice, from your doctors and insurance plans to the words patients use in reviews. I also check your Google Business Profile, Yelp and other listings, and flag anything that doesn’t match.

  2. 02

    Verify the facts

You confirm what is true before it becomes public.

Conflicts, gaps and high-impact claims come back to you as a short list of decisions. Not homework, not a website login. It’s built so you can clear it in one pass.

  3. 03

    Architect the experience

I plan how your website should look and work.

Pages, services and patient actions are organized so people, Google and AI can all read the same practice clearly.

  4. 04

    Build & connect

I build it to work, not just to look good.

Everything patients use to reach you gets connected. Structured data, a format search engines and AI tools can read, is built in from the first page, not bolted on later.

I align your Google Business Profile with your new website and check up to five other public profiles, correcting what I can with your authorization. If a platform requires you to make a change yourself, I prepare it and walk you through it.

  5. 05

    Validate & launch

I test before anything changes for patients.

I also review the design through a patient’s eyes, looking for ways to make the experience clearer and more compelling even when nothing is technically broken.

You click through a working preview of the site before launch. I note what I find, make the improvements we agree on and run the required checks before you approve launch.

  6. 06

    Manage & improve

Launch is where the monthly care starts.

Every month, Practice Pulse explains what we found, why it matters and what comes next. Routine website checks continue; AI benchmarks are rechecked at planned checkpoints.

Two ways to start

Let GSA handle how patients find you. You keep running the practice.

Your part takes a few hours. I do the research, writing, building and monthly care, just as I do for my own practice.

Founding Practice offer

$500 one-time + $149/month for 12 months.

I was paying about $1,000 a month before I built this.

  • A money back guarantee. Try it for a month, if you don’t love it, you will be fully refunded. Cancel in writing within 30 days after your website’s first public launch. I’ll refund your $500 setup fee and every $149 monthly payment in full. No remaining payments on your initial term.
  • A 12-month initial term. After that, no lock-in, and your practice-specific website is yours to keep.
  • Your $149/month rate is locked for your first 3 years while you stay enrolled.
  • Only 2 founding places remain.
