Practice Pulse

A monthly check on what AI says.

Practice Pulse checks whether AI recommends the practice and gets its facts right, then reports what I found, what matters, and what I’m doing about it.

GSA is handling this

AI facts need follow-up

What we saw

The September 22 provisional check recorded 23 critical-error observations among 154 answers with important practice facts. Source clarifications are recorded, but this snapshot does not verify how many AI findings were resolved.

Why it matters

Being mentioned is not enough if important facts are wrong. This snapshot does not establish how many findings have since been resolved.

What happens next

GSA will reconcile the findings and retest at planned checkpoints. Recorded source corrections are not proof that AI answers changed; unresolved outcomes stay explicit.

No action needed

Website checks passed in this snapshot

What we saw

The historical packet records the website live, production checks passed, and no open critical or high-priority patient-path defects.

Why it matters

Website functionality and AI-answer accuracy are separate. A working website does not establish that AI answers are correct.

What happens next

No practice action was requested for website health. GSA continues routine checks; this September snapshot is not a current uptime report.

No action needed

Patients used the website's next steps

What we saw

From September 21–23, the website recorded 71 booking exits, 13 email clicks, one directions exit and two contact-lens reorder exits.

Why it matters

These events show use of patient-facing links. They are not counts of unique patients or confirmed appointments.

What happens next

GSA checks the patient paths and reports dated action counts. Appointment or revenue claims require separate validated evidence.

About the evidence: GSA retains the supporting evidence, source references and limitations for this report. AI answers can change. GSA verifies progress by repeating the same planned tests. This report uses the 2026-09-22 provisional AI check. The next planned check is 2026-09-24. This public example omits Search Console totals. Client reports use verified figures and defined measurement windows. Website clicks and AI answers are not confirmed appointments, revenue or ROI.
